Primary Salivary Gland Neoplasms (Malignant) Epithelial Myoepthial Carcinoma: A Case Report

Epithelial myoepthial carcinoma (EMEC) is rare, low grad tumor with epithelial and myoepithelial components frequent local recurrence, also called glycogen rich adenoma (clear cell pattern), myoepithelioma (spindle plamocytiod patterns), (if only differentiation marked cytologic atypia). Occurs most frequently in the major salivary glands accounts for approximately 1% of all gland neoplasms that usually occurs parotid but can be occur variety sites such as nasal cavity, paranasal sinus base tong. In fact, due to rarity carcinoma,there no uniformity data literature band vary different therapeutic strategies have been suggested.
